• Promotes improvement in drug usage / dosage and in the supervision of therapeutic procedures for best results.
• Coordinates the pharmacy duties including the preparation labeling and delivery of various medications or supplies according to prescriptions.
• Ensures all dispensed drugs are recorded and delivered in accordance with local state and federal laws or regulations.
• Observes and treats patients in all health care settings and conducts research to further pharmaceutical care and advance the treatment and prevention of disease.
• Individualizes medication regimens using sound principles accounting for pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic variations in drug absorption.
• Suggests improvement in work methods.
• Conducts and evaluates medication histories assesses compliance and suggests modifications to achieve desired outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to workindependently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in all pharmacy procedures and regulations.

• PharmD Degree required.
• Pharmacist license required.

• Three years of relevant work experience required.
