Our Role:

Your Impact:

• Gather analyse and document business and technical requirements across SuccessFactors modules
• Design and support scalable HR technology solutions aligned to business needs and best practice
• Support testing activities system upgrades integrations data validation and reporting
• Investigate system issues and identify opportunities for process and system improvement
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions promoting standard functionality over customisation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders ICT teams vendors and project partners to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate workshops communicate effectively across teams and contribute to a collaborative team culture
