Duties& Responsibilities

1. Conductin-person and Zoom advisingrelated services for undergraduatestudents in the Department of Information & Computer Sciences.
2. Support the functionof the ICS Advising Team in advertisement outreach and recruitment activities.
3. Process advising-related paperwork.
4. Assist in managing ICS Advising media and newsletter.
5. Work with undergraduate data to improveadvising services and promote student success.
6. Other dutiesas required.

MinimumQualifications

1. Bachelors degree. Currently enrolled in a graduate program.
2. 0 years of experiencein academicadvising.
3. Experience working in a team environment.
4. Strong communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

1. Familiarwith working with a diverse student population.
2. Access to a car and has a driver license.
