Role overview

We are looking for an experienced iCIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 15 years of experience to lead a full ATS implementation replacing the current Taleo system for one of our enterprise clients based in California. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with iCIMS configuration migration and end-to-end implementation.

Key responsibilities

iCIMS Subject Matter Expert / ATS Implementation Lead (Taleo to iCIMS Migration)

Lead end-to-end iCIMS ATS implementation replacing Taleo
Manage data migration system configuration and integration
Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders
Conduct training sessions and create documentation
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
