What You Will Do:

• Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG) with a focus on identity lifecycle and governance processes.
• Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements governance workflows role models and related process updates.
• Build and deliver user training materials for access requests user access attestation/certification cycles/campaigns identity provisioning workflows and end-user adoption.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation approvals and connector behavior and help validate solution readiness.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) quick-reference guides job aids and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback resolve issues and support continuous improvement of the solution.

What You Will Need:

• Five (5) years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM)/identity operations or process engineering.
• Experience supporting requirements development workflow documentation and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes including joiner/mover/leaver (JML) activities access governance and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT documenting test results and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear user-friendly documentation SOPs and training content.
• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD securityclearance.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Ability to work on site in Washington DC 5 days per week.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with Okta OIG or other identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
• Familiarity with access request attestation provisioning and governance automation processes.
• Experience working in a cybersecurity or defense-related environment.
• Prior experience creating training materials quick-reference guides and end-user communications for enterprise system rollouts.
