6 years of experience in enterprise level change management best practices serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
6 years of experience in enterprise level Web Application server system administration monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Visio Project and PowerPoint.
Experience with Project Management (Standards Best Practices Terms Tools) is desired.
Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics:

The consultant must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee Florida if required.
