IAM Project Manager IV Okta Retail Background is Must

Required Qualifications
4-6 years of project management experience supporting Identity & Access Management initiatives.
Demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation or modernization programs in enterprise environments.
Hands on project management experience with Okta Identity and Access Management.
Proven experience managing third party vendors including PM to PM coordination of tasks and dependencies.
Strong ability to manage ambiguity identify risks and dependencies early and drive execution without complete information.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing Okta Identity Governance capabilities (e.g. access requests approvals certifications).
Local to Tempe AZ with the ability to be on site twice per week.
Experience supporting security identity or compliance driven technology initiatives.

Enterprise technology project delivery in matrixed environments

3-5 Nice to Have Skills
Okta Identity Governance implementation experience
Security identity or compliance driven technology programs
Experience supporting MFA access reviews and access request processes
Experience working with security architecture and IAM engineering teams

Shortlisting criteria
Demonstrated IAM project management experience (not general PM only)
Direct Okta delivery experience called out clearly on resume
Strong vendor management and cross team coordination experience
Evidence of operating effectively in ambiguous or evolving delivery environments.
