We are seeking an experienced IAM/IDM Security Delivery Lead with 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Management (IDM) to lead enterprise security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering large-scale IAM programs managing cross-functional teams driving security governance and implementing modern identity solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IAM projects stakeholder management vendor coordination and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the delivery of enterprise IAM/IDM programs from planning through implementation and production support.
• Manage multiple IAM projects while ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and quality standards.
• Collaborate with security architects infrastructure teams application owners and business stakeholders.
• Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) initiatives.
• Define IAM strategy roadmap and governance processes.
• Lead requirements gathering solution design implementation testing and deployment.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams and vendor partners.
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Identify project risks develop mitigation plans and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Support audit activities and security assessments.
• Establish IAM best practices policies and operational procedures.

• 15 years of IT experience with extensive expertise in IAM/IDM technologies.
• Strong experience leading enterprise IAM delivery programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Identity Governance Access Management Authentication and Authorization.
• Experience with one or more IAM platforms such as:
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
  • Saviynt
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Okta
  • Ping Identity
  • ForgeRock
  • CyberArk
  • Delinea
• Experience implementing:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Strong understanding of:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • SAML 2.0
  • LDAP
  • Active Directory
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST ISO 27001 SOX HIPAA PCI-DSS and GDPR.
• Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture.
• DevSecOps and CI/CD integration for IAM.
• API security and identity federation.
• Experience in large enterprise environments supporting 50000 users.
• Knowledge of AI-driven identity governance and risk analytics.
