Position Summary
We are seeking a Hydraulic and Pneumatic Hose Technician with strong customer service skills to inspect assemble repair and replace hydraulic and pneumatic hose systems for industrial construction agricultural and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined safety-focused and able to provide excellent customer support while troubleshooting equipment issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble install repair and test hydraulic and pneumatic hoses and fittings.

• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system failures and recommend solutions.

• Measure cut crimp and fabricate custom hose assemblies.

• Inspect hoses fittings cylinders valves and related components for wear and damage.

• Maintain inventory of hoses fittings adapters and repair parts.

• Assist customers in selecting the correct products and replacement components.

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving issues professionally.

• Complete work orders service reports and inventory documentation accurately.

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle if applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.

• Knowledge of hydraulic fittings hose assemblies and fluid power systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in shop and field environments.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.

• Computer skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial maintenance heavy equipment agriculture oilfield or manufacturing environments.

• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Computer skills for inventory and work-order tracking.
