Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units heating systems and ventilation systems.
- Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment including troubleshooting issues and replacing faulty components.
- Inspection: Inspect HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment components for any problems ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients and addressing their concerns.
- Documentation: Record maintenance and repair work performed including the type and cost of services provided.
