What Youll Own
This role is much more than managing a warehouse.
Youll become the operational heartbeat behind our installation and service departments.
Logistics & Planning
- Stage materials for daily installation and service crews
- Coordinate deliveries vendor pickups and inventory transfers
- Anticipate material shortages before they affect customers
- Ensure every technician starts the day prepared
Inventory & Purchasing
- Maintain inventory accuracy above 98%
- Oversee receiving cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Manage truck stock and warehouse inventory
- Work with purchasing to maintain proper inventory levels
- Reduce waste shrinkage and unnecessary spending
Operations & Process Improvement
- Improve warehouse layout and workflow
- Build systems that improve efficiency and accountability
- Track tools fleet equipment and company assets
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend better ways of operating
- Help create a warehouse that is organized predictable and scalable

Preferred Experience
- Warehouse management or operations leadership
- HVAC plumbing electrical construction industrial supply or distribution experience
- Inventory management systems or ERP software
- Forklift experience
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
