How you will do it
The Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller plumbing pipefitting security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry. Interaction with customers ability and desire to help develop technicians attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs scheduling promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop closeand manage all types of quoted work.
Required
Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
5 years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Valid drivers licenseappropriate licensesto work with refrigerantsboilerand steam operational & service knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pay Range: $49.69 hourly ratedeterminedby the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
