• Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units boilers and refrigeration equipment according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems ensuring optimal operation and energy efficiency
• Read and interpret technical schematics HVAC design plans and electrical diagrams to accurately execute installations
• Troubleshoot system issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment
• Conduct equipment repair and replacement tasks involving welding mechanical repairs or component upgrades
• Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Perform service technician duties including system testing calibration and ensuring proper airflow and refrigerant levels
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Operate field service vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites

• Minimum of 3 years experience in installation and/or service technician roles involving HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles schematics interpretation and mechanical systems troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration units
• Familiarity with plumbing connections associated with HVAC installations
• Experience working with air conditioning systems
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices
• Prior field service experience in HVAC installation or maintenance is highly desirable
• Valid drivers license required for travel between job sites and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
