Schedule:Wednesday to Saturday 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

What this job involves -

Completes installation repair and maintenance of all base building and critical system machinery and equipment.

Summary of Duties/Essential Functions:

Performs all maintenance department service requests ensuring that work performed in these areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and inconvenience.

Checks malfunctioning equipment and ascertains corrective action required to restore to satisfactory operating condition.

Supports the preventative maintenance program by performing preventative maintenance tasks on; pumps motors boilers chillers cooling towers AHUs FCUs RTUs W.S. and A.C. H.P.s MAUs E.F.s and associated systems.

Orders parts and equipment required for repair maintenance and installation of new equipment and facilities and maintains inventory.

Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage usage and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workplace.

Ensures the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies.

Preparing and submitting purchase order requests developing sources for stock materials and performing periodic checks for supplies.

Any and all other duties/tasks assigned

Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma GED or equivalent required.

2 years of trades schooling in electrical system design refrigeration and/or HVAC preferred.

5 years of relevant working experience required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

EPA universal license required.

Valid drivers license is required.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand sit and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend sit kneel squat stand reach and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time
