HVAC Technician III

In this role youll work with large-tonnage equipment including chillers and advanced HVAC/R systems while traveling to different job sites. Youll be dispatched from home and provided with a company vehicle. Check out some of your day:

• Diagnose repair and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
• Service RTUs split systems refrigeration units and basic controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Work extensively with commercial chillers and large-tonnage systems
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Document work accurately using mobile systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Travel to job sites daily (company vehicle provided)

Who we are looking for:

• 8 years of HVAC field experience including hands-on experience with chillers and commercial HVAC systems
• EPA Universal certification
• Valid drivers license
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills within commercial / industrial applications
• Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred

• NATE or other industry certifications
• Experience with boilers VRF and/or BAS controls
• Leadership or mentoring experience
