Keep Critical HVAC Systems Running at Peak Performance
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician II to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems in a fast-paced facility environment. This is a hands-on role for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems working independently and ensuring critical equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do
Perform preventative corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair AC units AHUs heat pumps VAVs and ventilation systems
Monitor system performance and conduct operational tests readings and analysis
Maintain and support chillers boilers kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems (preferred experience)
Work with building automation systems (BMS/DDC) to ensure system efficiency and reliability
Analyze system issues identify root causes and complete detailed service documentation
Perform refrigerant handling recovery brazing charging and system startups/shutdowns
Maintain logs for equipment performance refrigerant usage filters belts and preventive maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures OSHA standards and company policies
Maintain clean work areas organized tools and properly stocked service vehicles
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
What Were Looking For
High school diploma required
Certified 2-year HVAC technical program or state-approved HVAC license preferred
Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC equipment
Ability to read and interpret schematics manuals and technical documents
Ability to complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
