We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician II to support commercial and industrial HVAC systems in a fast-paced facility environment. This is a hands-on role for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems working independently and ensuring critical equipment operates safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do

• Perform preventative corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair AC units AHUs heat pumps VAVs and ventilation systems

• Monitor system performance and conduct operational tests readings and analysis

• Maintain and support chillers boilers kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems (preferred experience)

• Work with building automation systems (BMS/DDC) to ensure system efficiency and reliability

• Analyze system issues identify root causes and complete detailed service documentation

• Perform refrigerant handling recovery brazing charging and system startups/shutdowns

• Maintain logs for equipment performance refrigerant usage filters belts and preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures OSHA standards and company policies

• Maintain clean work areas organized tools and properly stocked service vehicles

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma required

• Certified 2-year HVAC technical program or state-approved HVAC license preferred

• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification required

• Valid drivers license required

• Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC equipment

• Ability to read and interpret schematics manuals and technical documents

• Ability to complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
