• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units; troubleshoot install repair and replace as needed.
• Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.
• Repair and maintain buildings and facilities.
• Complete set-ups and tear-downs for scheduled campus events.
• Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry plumbing painting masonry appliance repair and electrical wiring.
• Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
• Remove snow with shovels blowers and plows when necessary.
• Provide logistical support for campus activities and maintain a safe clean and conducive environment for learning.
• Assist with fire drills lockdowns and other safety exercises.
• Assist in managing traffic flow and parking throughout the campus.
• Perform on-call duties as needed/assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of HVAC experience and general maintenance.
• Experience in one or more building trades and CMMS software.
• HVAC/R Certification and Refrigerant License required.
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong problem-solving time management communication and organizational skills.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team; flexible and dependable.
• Ability to walk for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work from ladders climb stairs and perform tasks that require bending reaching and crawling.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Sit at a desk working on a computer as needed.

• Must provide a criminal background check.
