HVAC Technician Conway

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the maintenance operations of an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC knowledge excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide quality service to residents.

• Diagnose troubleshoot repair and maintain HVAC systems throughout the apartment community
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot air conditioning and heating issues
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they become major repairs
• Perform HVAC-related apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and repairs
• Assist with general maintenance duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and community maintenance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents and property management

• Previous HVAC experience preferably in a multifamily/apartment environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift bend climb and perform physical maintenance duties
• EPA certification preferred/required based on position requirements
• HVAC certification or relevant technical training preferred

Salary:$20-$25
Schedule:Monday - Friday $20-$25
Location: Little Rock
Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm
