NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Action Air Systems is seeking an experienced organized and safety-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations in Manchester Connecticut.
This hands-on leadership position oversees warehouse personnel and drivers while ensuring materials tools vehicles inventory and deliveries are managed efficiently to support our commercial HVAC construction and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervising warehouse personnel and drivers
- Coordinating shipping receiving deliveries and driver routes
- Managing inventory purchase orders tools and equipment
- Overseeing fleet maintenance GPS monitoring and DOT compliance
- Maintaining warehouse organization facility upkeep and safety standards
- Collaborating with project managers and field supervisors
- Providing backup after-hours support when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift Certification
- CT Drivers License in good standing CDL a plus
- At least three years of warehouse logistics inventory management or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety accountability and teamwork
