• Service maintain and repair residential HVAC systems
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine the extent of necessary repairs
• Give homeowners honest recommendations. Never oversell.
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
• Wear floor savers in the clients home
• Maintain a clean stocked company vehicle
• Drive and work safely every day

• 3 years residential HVAC service experience (service not install only)
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (NATE preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record
