- Clean adjust and repair HVAC systems- reheat coils air handling units duct work vents condensation drainage
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Identifymaintenance risks on equipment
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software Service Titan
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue solutionand outcome; recommend products and services for optimalsystem performance
- 3-5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
- Willing to submitto and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
