Were growing and looking for motivated HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. Whether youre just beginning your career in the trades or youre an experienced union technician looking for your next opportunity wed love to speak with you.

This position is covered under the Sheet Metal Workers Local 1 Collective Bargaining Agreement.

What Youll Do

• Diagnose service repair and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Install and replace furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and indoor air quality equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical refrigeration and airflow issues.
• Service light commercial HVAC equipment as needed.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean safe and professional work environment.

Entry-Level Applicants Welcome

Were happy to train individuals who have a strong work ethic mechanical aptitude and a desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous HVAC installation or service experience (residential or commercial).
• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if required).
• Mechanical electrical plumbing construction or trade school experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work safely in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Apprentice Wage: $21.18 per hour plus a comprehensive union benefits package.

Experienced Union Technicians: Competitive union wages based on classification and experience under the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
