This role is ideal for a dependable technician who can troubleshoot HVAC systems communicate professionally with customers and work independently in the field.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform service repair maintenance and installation work for customers throughout the Kansas City Metro Area. This role is ideal for a dependable technician who can troubleshoot HVAC systems communicate professionally with customers and work independently in the field.
Responsibilities
- Service repair and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot furnaces air handlers indoor coils UV lights air cleaners humidifiers and related HVAC equipment
- Perform routine maintenance system cleaning inspections adjustments and tune-ups
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using schematics tools and technical knowledge
- Work with low-voltage HVAC systems wiring controls and related components
- Recommend repairs or replacement options to customers when appropriate
- Assist with installation of new HVAC systems and equipment as needed
- Drive a company van to customer locations across the Kansas City Metro Area
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Follow safety procedures building codes and company standards on every job
- Maintain a clean organized work vehicle and professional appearance while representing the company
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage HVAC systems
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment using schematics and technical documentation
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Ability to follow safety standards building codes and proper service procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
