Were seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 4 years of experience to join our team in the Phoenix area. This is an hourly commission-free roledesigned for technicians who want to focus on diagnostic mastery precision repairs and building customer confidence not upselling.

What Youll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install compressors coils TXVs reversing valves and other critical components with precision.
• Run recalls warranty calls and pre-sold work with professionalism and technical excellence.
• Support revenue-producing technicians by executing the work they winnever undermining always collaborating.
• Build customer confidence by resolving persistent service issues and de-escalating concerns.
• Occasionally assist with replacement installs.
