HVAC Service Technician

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Permanent)
Our client a locally owned HVAC installation/service company in WNY is looking to add a HVAC Service Technician to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Install heat pumps and AC units into residential homes
  
• Provide high levels of customer service and professionalism when interacting with customers
  
• Receive service call information to then appropriately troubleshoot diagnose & repair HVAC systems furnaces heat pumps etc.
  
• Regularly perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operations
  
• Commission and install HVAC units/equipment as necessary
  
• Maintain proficient understanding of wiring diagrams schematics and technical documents in order to effectively complete jobs
  
• Identify issues communicate clearly with customers and resolve in a timely manner
  
• Ensure all compliance and safety standards are upheld while completing work
  
• Ensure each job is documented correctly completely and in a timely manner
  
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary
  

Details:

• Position is full-time direct hire
  
• 100% in office/on site
  
• Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm; guaranteed 40 hours Overtime
  
• Must have a clean driving record; company service vehicle provided to use during the workday (and possibly take home)
  
• $32.00 $40.00/hour depending on experience; commissions possible
