Were seeking a skilled HVAC Service Expert to diagnose repair and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.

What Youll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
  
• Complete whole-home system inspections
  
• Present multi-option service proposals to customers
  
• Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
  
• Collaborate with install coordinators dispatch and customer service
  
• Maintain a clean safe company vehicle and equipment
  
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and service KPIs
  

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time MondayFriday (6:30am6:00pm schedule varies)
  
• $35$40/hr 2% commission on sales and service work
  
• No weekend work

What Youll Bring:

• 2 years HVAC service experience
  
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required; NATE preferred
  
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  
• Strong sales and communication skills
