Service - What you need:

• 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units mini splits replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors handling refrigerant etc.
• EPA Certification Nate preferred
