What Youll Be Doing

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems in customers homes
• Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners furnaces and heat pumps
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
• Use ServiceTitan to document jobs notes and recommendations
• Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand

What You Need

• 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors contactors and motors
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required
