The Role
At Paschal our technicians do more than repair equipmentthey build relationships with customers and solve problems that matter.Were looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and helping homeowners keep their systems running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Repair heating and cooling equipment
- Perform seasonal maintenance services
- Verify system performance after repairs
- Educate homeowners on equipment operation and maintenance
- Document completed work using company software
- Follow safety procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving
- HVAC service experience required
- Valid EPA License
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret technical information and equipment specifications
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
