HVAC Service Manager

An outstanding full-time opportunity is currently available for a HVAC Service Manager with management experience and HVAC installation experience. This opportunity is located near the Bristow VA area. Job Description:

• This is an office role managing service techs from a dispatch environment
• Responsible for recruiting and hiring apprentices and installation technicians
• Train and develop technicians
• Help installation technicians set and work towards achieving goals
• Keeping the team accountable and holding them to exceptional performance standards.

• Proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Required work experience includes:

• Minimum of 5 years of management of HVAC Technicians required
• Extensive residential experience preferred but industrial/commercial experience is acceptable
