Responsibilities and Expectations
You will diagnose repair and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring our customers homes remain comfortable and energy efficient.
Key Tasks
- Inspect diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and thermostats.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tune-ups and system performance checks.
- Identify and communicate repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Respond to service calls promptly providing courteous and efficient solutions.
- Accurately document all service activities and customer interactions.
- Educate homeowners on proper system care and energy efficiency practices.
- Maintain company tools vehicles and equipment in clean and safe condition.
- Adhere to all company safety and industry standards.
Requirements
- Prior Residential and Commercial HVAC experience with a minimum of 2 years residential.
- Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (if applicable).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed.
