What Youll Do

Troubleshoot diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment
Identify maintenance concerns risks and system inefficiencies clearly explaining findings to homeowners
Present repair maintenance upgrade and replacement options in a clear educational and trust-based way
Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures accurately and efficiently
Perform emergency repairs with urgency professionalism and attention to quality
Maintain compliance with safety standards codes and company processes
Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication professionalism and respect
Educate homeowners on system performance maintenance plans and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
Leverage both technical and communication skills to improve comfort efficiency and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and repair ability
Proven experience selling service agreements system upgrades and replacement options in a consultative way
Strong understanding of HVAC systems including heating cooling refrigeration electrical and mechanical principles
Excellent communication skills (written verbal and interpersonal)
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to ongoing training development and professional growth
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary while maintaining safety standards
