• $400/week Draw
• Sell & Serve: 15%
• Equipment Sales: 5%
• Service-Only Sales: 10%

• Sell & Serve: 20%

• Diagnose service and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present repair replacement maintenance IAQ and membership options
• Educate homeowners and build customer trust
• Present financing options when appropriate
• Generate memberships repairs and replacement opportunities
• Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle
• Follow company sales processes safety standards and customer service expectations

• 5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening
• EPA Certification preferred
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred
