As our HVAC Sales/Service Manager you will lead and support our field service team ensuring technicians have the tools guidance and resources needed to deliver exceptional service. This hands-on leadership role combines operational oversight technical expertise coaching and customer-focused problem solving.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive HVAC experience who can inspire team performance maintain service excellence and help drive continued growth and success.

• Lead coach mentor and support a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Foster a culture of accountability teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technicians are equipped to perform at their highest level.

• Provide hands-on assistance for complex service calls diagnostics and repairs.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert for the field team.

• Monitor technician sales performance productivity and quality standards.
• Identify training opportunities and implement ongoing development programs.

• Oversee daily service scheduling and job coordination.
• Ensure timely efficient responses to customer service requests.
• Support efforts to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Promote and enforce company safety standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations codes and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities field operations and project statuses.
• Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• 5 years of HVAC field experience with strong technical expertise in HVAC systems.
• Previous leadership supervisory or team management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume performance-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
• Commitment to safety quality workmanship and professional excellence.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend kneel squat reach climb stairs and ladders crawl walk stand and perform repetitive motions.
• May be required to drive and sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift carry push or pull up to 75 pounds.
• May be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
