What YOU will do:

• Deliver a great client experience by educated them on way we can improve the health safety and comfort of their home environment
• Analyzing factors like property size insulation climate and energy efficiency goals.
• Recommending HVAC systems or upgrades including air conditioners furnaces heat pumps and ductwork improvements.
• Providing quotes and explaining financing options.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator and/or sales manager.
• Answer customer questions guiding them through the decision-making process to purchase systems or services and informing of any pertinent information about their equipment.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction after installation and offering maintenance plans.
• Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
• Office time required for trainings meetings and required follow up/prospecting.

What YOU will bring:

• Prior industry experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend climb (Stairs/Ladders) do repetitive motion kneel reach squat stand crawl walk and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
• Comfortable working in confined spaces heights and varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods
