Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager / CAD Drafter in Vernon Hills IL. The role involves managing and expediting HVAC-related projects coordinating with cross-functional teams ensuring project deliverables align with customer needs and producing detailed CAD drawings. Responsibilities also include logistics management to ensure timely delivery of project components field inspection of ongoing work project labor and cost tracking and maintaining customer and field expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management including planning organizing and overseeing construction projects
  • Skills in Scheduling and Time Management to ensure project timelines are met
  • Proficiency in CAD drafting and familiarity with BIM tools and practices
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in HVAC or mechanical systems is highly beneficial
  • Bachelors degree Construction Management Technology Engineering or a related field is preferred
