Job Summary
A terrific full-time opening has become available in the Burlington MA area for an individual with 5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the Commercial and Residential construction industry. This position would earn a generous base salary with a great benefits package including a 401k plan PTO and other outstanding perks.
All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in the HVAC construction industry a MUST
- Experience managing projects up to $500k (Commercial and Residential). HVAC a MUST
- Experience with developing requests for proposals (RFP or RFQ) and managing the overall procurement process for project managers and other project partners
- Procore software is HIGHLY PREFERRED
