Responsibilities:

• Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history dispatch boards Tech ability equipment age warranty and routing.
• Communicatewith customers to schedule appointmentsprovide service updates and resolve issues.
• Check-in calls with the service technicians toassisttechnicians with close-out and dispatch to the next call.
• Researchand assign calls.
• Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.
• Participate in training as necessary.
• Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of Electrical Plumbing or HVAC Dispatch Experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce ServiceTitan) preferred.
• Strong Mathematical Language communication and Computer Skills
• Must be able to work daily 7:00am-3:30pm.
• Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.
