Job Summary
Step into a key role as an HVAC Parts Sales and Shipping Associate with a global leader in climate control products where your sales and logistics skills will be essential.
This position involves assisting customers with HVAC parts sales managing inventory and supporting shipping and receiving functions. You will provide product recommendations handle customer inquiries and occasionally operate a forklift to manage deliveries.

- POSITION: Seasonal with Right to Hire
- PAY RATE: 20.00hr
- HOURS: 6:00am to 3:00pm
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and by phone with HVAC parts sales and inquiries.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services.
- Ensure accurate stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products.
- Support shipping and receiving activities including unloading deliveries.
- Operate forklift as needed (2 to 3 times per week).
- Communicate product features benefits and warranty information effectively.
- Comply with all safety health security and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in counter sales.
- Computer skills for parts lookup and order processing.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Preferred forklift skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- General HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
