HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking skilled HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our New Port Richey location where we foster a positive ethical and supportive work environment. Compensation is $16-$18 plus Commission & Spiffs and benefits.

Qualifications:

13 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
Ability to perform routine maintenance including duct cleaning filter changes coil cleaning and system tune-ups.
Strong customer service skills.
Valid Florida Drivers License and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance on HVAC systems.
Duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality.
Troubleshoot minor issues and provide maintenance reports.
Ensure safety and cleanliness on all jobs.
