We are looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to help keep residential and/or commercial heating and cooling systems running at peak performance. If you enjoy hands-on work troubleshooting equipment and providing excellent customer service we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
- Inspect troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues
- Clean and replace filters belts motors coils and other components
- Test system performance and ensure proper operation
- Identify repair needs and communicate recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Deliver professional high-quality customer service
- Assist with repairs and installations as needed

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Previous HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred
- Experienced in water-sourced heat pumps
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
