HVAC Journeyman

Skillforce is hiring HVAC-Journeyman for ongoing commercial projects in Northern Virginia and DC. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience and is reliable with excellent work ethic.

Pay and Schedule:

Pay: Starting at $36 per hour

Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed.

What Youll Do

• Install maintain and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems

• Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly

• Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime

• Support sales and service team with estimating scheduling and coordinating projects

• Troubleshoot repair service and maintain boilers and domestic hot water systems

• Responsible for servicing low medium and high-pressure steam systems DA Tanks condensate return systems and exhaust systems

• Some knowledge of variable frequency drives and associated controls is preferred

• Utilize digital tools and software

• Follow safety protocols and procedures

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Proven diagnostic and repair skills

• Strong communication and team leadership qualities

• Valid drivers license

• Comfort with digital documentation tools and service software

• A commitment to professionalism safety and exceptional customer service
