Job Summary
HVAC Tech Candidates should have strong evidence of troubleshooting experience with boilers burners chillers walk in coolers pumps VRF/VAVs RTU Units. This is a Full-time permanent Union position in Baltimore/ Annapolis area with the 486!
This position will be working in the DC Metro area. $51.13/hr with OT available.

What youll be doing:
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair various commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems (up to 70 tons applied and air chillers)
- Replace any heating air conditioning or refrigeration equipment or complete systems.
- Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions.
- Cleaning adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services.
- Complying with service standards work instructions and customers requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to bring to the table:
- At least 5 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician with heavy trouble shooting and repair experience.
- Proven experience with Chillers and rooftop units.
- Factory training credentials are desired.
- OSHA 10 or better is preferred.
- Candidates must have an EPA certification that is up to date and valid.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service techniques.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- OEM Certs: Trane Liebert Aaon Daiken ETC (Preferred)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime Available
