As an HVAC Installer with Air Systems youll be responsible for:
- Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces air conditioners heat pumps ductwork thermostats etc.) in homes and businesses
- Replacing outdated or inefficient HVAC equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and installation manuals
- Ensuring all installations meet code requirements and company standards
- Testing systems for proper operation and making necessary adjustments
- Communicating with customers about installation progress and answering questions
- Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on time
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Experience: 2 years as an HVAC Installer with a proven track record of quality installations (more experience is a plus)
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques tools and safety practices
- Certifications: EPA Section 608 and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in doing the job right the first time
- Customer Service: Friendly professional and respectful in customers homes and businesses
- Team Player: Reliable punctual and willing to help your crew succeed
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs work in attics/crawl spaces and handle the physical demands of the job
