Responsibilities and Expectations

You will install residential heating and cooling systems ensuring all installations meet high quality safety and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Tasks

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and mini-splits.
• Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models.
• Fabricate assemble and install ductwork and piping as required.
• Test and verify system performance airflow and calibration.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions.
• Maintain compliance with building codes manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain organized tools materials and company vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in residential HVAC installation with a minimum of 25 years required.
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed.
