• Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
• Help transport stage and position HVAC equipment tools and materials at job sites
• Support ductwork installation equipment mounting and system setup tasks
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment on all job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers throughout the job
• Learn HVAC installation techniques tools and best practices on the job

• No prior HVAC experience required a willingness to learn is a must
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting climbing and working in tight spaces
• Reliable punctual and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
