As an Install Helper youll work alongside experienced technicians and gain real-world hands-on experience from day one:

• Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Learn and apply basic electrical concepts related to HVAC systems
• Assist with installing copper refrigerant lines (including soldering and brazing)
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential homes
• Support safe and proper gas line connections to heating equipment

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and decision-making skills
• Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented
• Must be 21 years of age or older
