HVAC Install Field Supervisor

F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead and support our residential installation teams. • Supervise and support residential HVAC installation teams in the field
• Conduct job site visits to ensure installations meet company quality standards and code requirements
• Provide technical guidance coaching and hands-on support to installers as needed
• Monitor installation productivity efficiency and workmanship
• Assist with training and onboarding of new installation team members
• Perform quality control inspections and address installation deficiencies promptly
• Coordinate with operations dispatch warehouse and sales teams to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor inventory usage and equipment accountability within assigned teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to installation performance and quality

• 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous experience leading mentoring or supervising installation teams preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems installation practices and industry standards
• Valid drivers license required (must be at least 21 years old per company policy)
