The Opportunity
Were hiring an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our service department while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a true player-coach roleyoull set the standard by producing revenue supporting your team on complex calls and driving performance across the department.

What Youll Do
- Perform HVAC service calls and system sales while maintaining strong individual performance (revenue average ticket close rate)
- Lead coach and mentor HVAC Service Technicians through ride-alongs training and ongoing development
- Own and drive department KPIs including revenue conversion rate productivity and average ticket
- Conduct weekly KPI reviews and support quarterly/annual performance evaluations
- Act as the primary liaison between the HVAC Service team and General Manager
- Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting pricing estimating and sales strategy
- Oversee daily scheduling dispatch coordination and technician assignments to maximize efficiency
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Review work orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain ServiceTitan integrity including pricebook accuracy and proper job documentation
- Contribute to inventory planning purchasing decisions and job costing accuracy
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent achievement (or exceeding) of revenue and KPI targets
- A well-trained accountable and high-performing technician team
- Strong customer satisfaction with minimal escalations
- Efficient scheduling and high technician productivity
- Clean accurate and consistent operational processes
Qualifications
- 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment
- Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC skills
- Experience with system sales and customer-facing service
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
