Job Summary
What you will do
Do you have HVAC experience We are looking for HVAC systemsmechanicswho have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrialcutting-edgeequipment.

Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual practical working experience in the HVAC plumbingpipefittingand/or mechanical equipment service industry. You maybe requiredto pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill.
Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolveservice-relateditems. As a trusted advisor to ourcustomersyou will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service
How will you do it
Mechanicsmust have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May berequiredto satisfactorily pass an examination toidentifyspecial skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal steam turbines and absorption machines open-drive screw chillers and ammonia maintenance repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
What we look for
Required
Five (5) years Commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
Ability to commit to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification which is to be done after hours and weekends isrequiredupon hire
Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical journeyman status
Preferred
Seven (7) years of Commercial and or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry
Refrigeration Certification preferred
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification

Pay Range: $58.50/HR. Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
